Weighed in at about 150 or at least I feel lighter. Squat, bench, DL=135, 165, 225. I'm skinny fat
VLSI how is your SPBR going? [Or anyone else on the same program]
Not sure what my 1rpm are, but I've been doing the SPBR since the start of the year and my 3x5's are at 185 squat, 145 bench, 205 DL. I'm also up about 10 lbs of body weight (currently ~160)
I've been struggling to put any numbers on my bench, and just hitting 5 reps @145 is a challenge. I should probably increase weight and lower reps, but I'm still super uncomfortable with my bench form so I'm hesitant.
