working my rear delts improved my overhead press dramatically, like hitting 255 push press from 205 and doing military press for sets of 10 with ease.

I'd me a lot fatter at 185lbs if I just "ate more food".

If I'm remembering correctly, people were telling you to hire a coach because you kept lamenting how you were trying and failing to lose fat with your various "get lean quick" diets. Then again, my memory is pretty shoddy, because I thought I recalled you "quitting" the forum, and that's obviously not true.

So he got what he wanted by hiring a coach, as per the advice in the thread, and now let's go cry about it?

Good. Doing a slightly different program from jarude who has been incredibly helpful fing02[1].gif I can get you numbers once I have a steady workout log. Did 2 weeks at my shit apartment gym which meant smith machine and limited other equipment, but have switched over to another gym with real equipment for the past two weeks. Bench steadily increasing. Going to reset the weight on my DL and squats to work on form though. Having a hard time getting deep enough in my squat.

What are you using to track your workouts? I've been using jefit app on my phone which makes it stupid simple to follow the routine and log my progress.

Not sure what my 1rpm are, but I've been doing the SPBR since the start of the year and my 3x5's are at 185 squat, 145 bench, 205 DL. I'm also up about 10 lbs of body weight (currently ~160)

I've been struggling to put any numbers on my bench, and just hitting 5 reps @145 is a challenge. I should probably increase weight and lower reps, but I'm still super uncomfortable with my bench form so I'm hesitant.

Not sure if srs

My new diet is black coffee and creatine for breakfast, a gigantic tub of 2% greek yogurt for lunch and eggs/potatoes PWO, then whatever the fuck I want on non-lifting days and drinking on the weekends.

I already feel fat but look pretty lean in the mirror every morning so IDGAF about "cutting" until April/May. Also I am not disciplined enough to cut, as is proven by the fact that I said I was going to about a month ago and that lasted all of two days. Come at me for that, whatevs. Fuck that gimme some ice cream. "Bulking" at 180-185.

If you stay out of The Misc, there's actually quite a bit of good info on there.

Meh, best advice I see on there consistently is IIFYM dieting. I never really went out of the Nutrition/Fat Loss forums when I was on there, though.

Those forums are mostly about different methods. LIke SW&D's megathreads and such.

Don't go into the teen area though. *shudder*
