Band resisted back extensions feel good man. Did 5x10 with a doubled up mini band, that hamstring and lower back pump fuuuuark. I like how you have to really explode into the band and hold the contraction, feels good man, may have to get my bigger band from home and try it. Got a set of 5 with 160kg on the box squat because I did a reverse pyramid instead of a normal one then 150x7 and 140kgx8, the 8 reps weren't to failure, I just couldnt be fucked to lift really.
