My gf has a classic pear body, how to slim down and tone her hips/legs/glutes? ideally she wants that vag gap.

All i know how to train is heavy barbell work + sprints, which is guaranteed to get sprinter/weightlifter legs.

Diet + HIIT? YOGA? No idea man.

Hi dudes

can someone identify what is wrong with my right calf?
I was finishing my workout last night with 3 x 15 calf raises after DL, leg press, chin pull downs, and bicep curl

I loaded up with only 85lb (sitting position), which if I remember correctly is not too heavy from my previous working set, but seeing how it is my first time doing calf raises in 1.5 month or less, it seemed optimal.

I sit down and go for my first set and immediately feel a pulling sensation in my calves, almost sharp like. 6th rep in I have a very hard time reracking as my calves could not extend any further to get the plates up (OHNO!).
I got up and walked around trying to stretch it out like I was going to sit back down and rework it...I ended up getting my coat and left. Right calve this morning was sore and is still sore now.

you probably just strained your Achilles tendon. keep stretching, icing, and lay off the calf work for a week. and next time, warm them up better. i stupidly did the same thing a week ago. didn't warm up enough and on the first set of barbell calf raises the fucker locked up on me.

Trolololol. Getting with girl in da club. Beautiful irish girl, dem huge green eyes hnnnnnnnng. She was miring upper body and my beautiful facial aesthetics so I was like you gonna mire the fuck out of my quads because they are significantly bigger and more lean then the rest of my body. Took jeans off to show sickening quads then later banged in her friends pub about an hour and a half ago in fucking tottenham, which is miles away from me and I just had to do a hench trek across london to get back from. There were like fields and shit around. 25 year old and did some finance related job in dubland. Tempted to go visit because of berutiful berutiful aesthetics.

^ true, i did halfass my pre-work out stretches last night, but it was late and I thought i'd be fine frown.gif good thing not a major injury and i'm not limping. just real sore. while i was on the machine and trying to get out I was also experiencing the a charley horse and it sucked so bad. more so because it happened at the gym while i was still sitting down in the machine lollll. I have bad legs FWIW and give charley horse even while sleeping and wake up in the middle of the night to excruciating pain.

I got legit cockblocked last night. Super baked at a party, this one girl was mirin' hard, we were flirtin' etc. Started making out and then her friend just straight up was like "I have to be the mom" and started dragging her out of the party, while this chick was like, "no seriously i'm fine" but her fucking friend wouldn't have any of it. And then she looked at me looking sad and apologetic and motioned for me to text her (I got her number earlier that night).

Luckily she lives 4 blocks away from me so it shouldn't be too hard to hang out again, but seriously man, I didn't think that actually happened wtf.

All weights on chest day felt lighter today after a week of cutting, got more reps with everything, lightweight baby! Even did some dips with 10lbs between my feet so im claiming a 207lb dip. Gonna make a ghetto dipping belt just get a piece of chain and thread it through my normal belt i think, should be able to hit +20lbs easy enough next week holding onto the plate was the hardest part.
