Hi dudes
can someone identify what is wrong with my right calf?
I was finishing my workout last night with 3 x 15 calf raises after DL, leg press, chin pull downs, and bicep curl
I loaded up with only 85lb (sitting position), which if I remember correctly is not too heavy from my previous working set, but seeing how it is my first time doing calf raises in 1.5 month or less, it seemed optimal.
I sit down and go for my first set and immediately feel a pulling sensation in my calves, almost sharp like. 6th rep in I have a very hard time reracking as my calves could not extend any further to get the plates up (OHNO!).
I got up and walked around trying to stretch it out like I was going to sit back down and rework it...I ended up getting my coat and left. Right calve this morning was sore and is still sore now.
