Honestly I have no clue how large a bicep should be. 16" sounds good enough to me. I had extremely weak arms from olympic lifting and they are finally filling out, also i have naturally skinny ass fucking arms as evidence from this picture I found. I really don't think I was ever that skinny but jesus christ wtf fi think i might have fuji beat. also dat internally rotated shoulders, i am so ashamed

Ah gotcha, it would be pretty sweet to have 19" arms. But there's no way I would swap out other exercises for them, also curling aggravates the hell out of my shoulder and fucks up my external rotation thing I got going on.
