if you don't change your thinking and attitude about bulk/size then you run the risk of being one of those sad permabulker dudes who are terrified of dropping below 15% bodyfat because their arms might shrink. imo, the longer you spend in this "need to bulk" mode, the harder it will be for you mentally to stick with a cut and the more your psyche and self-esteem will suffer. i was like this for the longest time until injuries fucked my training over and i was back to nearly starters and semi-dyel mode, but it was good for my psyche as i'm not constantly hung up on size at all costs now.

imo if you've bulked your way 30+lbs from true skinny bitch origins and have to question whether or not you've put on too much BF, you should probably think about cutting sooner rather than later. you're not going to look like a dyelbro just because you dropped some bodyfat, nor is this going to prevent you from reaching your goals in the future.

My recommendation is to figure out what your goal physique actually is and take it from there.

Can anyone suggest what I'm doing wrong? My bench is increasing, which I like as I'd likes more define chest. My squat is okay but my thighs and general lower body became huge. I don't fit into any of my pants well now. I also jumped up to about 155lbs now from maybe around 145 or so. If I'm trying to go for aesthetics and keep wearing my jawnz, this blows : (

In lieu of squats I was considering weighted lunges or something. As mentioned before I also on a bit of a carb diet and now trying to go back to proteins, vegs, and fruits

A 10 lb weight gain, lifting or not, squatting or not, is going to knock a high percentile of individuals out of their current size of SF approved, motion restricting pants.

In october when I was like 12% bf or something I was having a doobie with some girl and east england slang for being high is being lean so I was like fuuuuuark im lean and because she was from the north she was just like yeah your shredded even though I didn't really have any definition in my abs.

Nobody can tell if you have your shirt on. That's the downside to cutting instead of bulking.

I deadlifted very light this week with 405x4x5.

And next week I have to deadlift light again with the same weight.

Then the following week, I'm supposed to take the week off from deadlifting.

So that's 19 days before I deadlift heavy again.. confused.gif

And to make matters worse.. my texas deadlift bar just came in censored.gif

This is good; you look forward to it for weeks and then destroy shit when it's finally time to go heavy again

But it's going to be a longgggggggggg 19 weeks.

However, I guess it'll be a good time to make some more strides on bench and squat icon_gu_b_slayer[1].gif

Disregard jeans acquire gainz. Your fashion statement should be biceps and quads, not fades and honeycombs.

Since the cut I actually fit into my old Marc by Marc Jacbos Jawns. They got some pretty sick quad fades from me stretching them out when i started liftan.

Btw charly big thank you for easing my transition to single life. My ToJ jacket brings all the girls to the yard.

Wish I could fit into my New Standards. Might be possible sub-180

Forearms and traps are the secrets to looking like you lift with a shirt on
