I think girls become self conscious if you're sub-10%. My gf on the other hand kept asking when I was beginning my cut during bulking season. frown.gif

I talk about lifting a lot so girls always say how muscular I am even though I don't even upper body. In october when I was like 12% bf or something I was having a doobie with some girl and east england slang for being high is being lean so I was like fuuuuuark im lean and because she was from the north she was just like yeah your shredded even though I didn't really have any definition in my abs.

imo if you've bulked your way 30+lbs from true skinny bitch origins and have to question whether or not you've put on too much BF, you should probably think about cutting sooner rather than later. you're not going to look like a dyelbro just because you dropped some bodyfat, nor is this going to prevent you from reaching your goals in the future.

Good points. I found some videos today of me snatching in competition 50kgs at something like 129BW, wasn't too long ago. Now I'm 183lbs.. I'm setting PRs every week right now, I'm mostly attributing this to making a ton of breakthroughs in mobility past 3 months + diet. This was the first time I set out a plan 3 months in advance and said I wana go from 170lbs to 185lbs by March 24th, actually tracking progress and making adjustments. Original plan was to cut down to 175lbs after but I like being 185lbs. I should probably get back to around 15% but I don't wanna throw a wrench into what I have going right now.

I should re measure my body fat, dunno where calipers went. It's probably like 17-20%.

Even tho I have a spare tire I realized after lifting today that I have ass dimples which justified ordering Dominos for PWO meal.

PS I went to CVS for my Bronkaid but I heard Walmart has it no questions asked
