Place I've gone to for seven years disappeared almost overnight a couple months back. They had odd hours because of the holidays, but then I went over a couple times when they should have been re-opened, only to find it closed every time. Showed up one day a few weeks back and found a FOR RENT sign on the door. Something told me I wasn't getting the money back on the balance of my membership.

i plan on getting to 10% or close enough to it while bringing my strength levels in line with my bodyweight. i'll probably be over and under maintenance on my way to respectable lift to bodyweight ratios but right now i am just looking at things from a purely performance standpoint. i've been derailed enough times for enough stupid reasons that aesthetics or bulking or whatever is the last thing i'm worried about; as long as i can eat to stay at a reasonable bodyfat % and enjoy solid progression then i am happy.
