It was like all flour, cocoa powder and some kind of protein, whey or something.

I made an awesome dessert once that was like ricotta, splenda, a shot of rum, and some other shit that came out like chocolate rum custard that was pretty bomb. I'll see if I can find the recipe.

i made those and they were unspeakably terrible and bad and made me feel bad. i think i just need to get on the splenda bandwagon

One of my friends has been half-assed lifting for a while and has recently been developing a spare tire (sweet tooth to blame). His gf flat out told him he was getting fat so he asked for some help cleaning up his diet. Laid everything out for him and then his scumbag gf started a dessert baking blog and has been posting (and baking in their apt) new things like 3x/week.

Best trolling I've seen in a while.

I added sugar to my roommate's whey when he was trying to cut for being a huge cunt to me about doing the dishes. He failed.

In other news, I know now why I never venture out of this thread into the H&B forum. What in the fuck.

and you should definitely run P90X to bulk up you know, because it's a bulk up program.

Thanks for that Aiden K. I intuitively already had widened my grip a little due to the pain, I'l give this a try next week.

One of my training buddies benched 170 (kg) yesterday btw.
Me very jelly. No where near that : (

Why are you baking protein? Isn't this what a cooked chicken breast is for?

Did some speed work with 300 lbs and zerchers (3x185). Will keep on doing that sort of stuff with some front squats mixed in. I don't think I need to be doing rack pulls or anything like that since my issue seems to be syncing the driving force from my legs to my lower back movement at higher weights.

It's probably just as good (read: bad) for bulking as it is for cutting.

Didn't really buy much this past season in terms of clothing..

So I'm buying a present for myself.

Texas Deadlift Bar!

Off work for awhile so I'm going to finally track cals and macros, eat like a boss, workout on a consistent schedule, and cut out drinking except for 1 day a week. Seeing how much progress I can make in a month with weight totals and dropping a few lbs since I've never had a good diet.
