I'm actually a much nicer guy than in the past according to most people. But I guess tone doesn't come off as intended on the internetzzz.

Watch out when I do get big and powerful though. I will be looking down from Mt. Olympus on all you puny humans.

Dr. diagnosed my groin pain as a disruption of the pubic symphasis, caused by torquing motion due to intense kettlebelling. Abdominal muscles/tendons are strained trying to keep my pelvis in place. Any torquing really aggrivates it, which explains why i can't do DB rows but the rowing machine feels fine.

Dr. is putting me on physical therapy + anti-infflammatory regimen which should allow my abs to work normally.

Can't KB anymore in the future, probably going to do SPBR once i'm back up to speed.

Looking forward to it brahs.

Was in the gym, warming up with dem 20kg dbs on flat bench. Naturally I dropped them from the top to assert my dominance over the dyels and make bishes wet. Cheeky ipod falls out of my pocket and decides he wants to test is 1rm on the bench press to show how jacked he is. Sadly 20kg was a bit too much for him, he did kind of have a shit lift off though because if someone dropped my bench 1rm on my arms from a few feet off i'd miss it too most likely. Had a pretty nasty pec tear

Went home gave him an epsom salt bath and some NSAIDs

should be ok to lift in a few weeks. I was quite upset my training partner was out so I put that anger into getting a juicy 9 rep pr with 42.5kg dbs.

LOL talk about an uncomfortable physical exam....worse than the digital rectal exam to perform. "Sir, please move your penis to the side as I feel for tenderness near the base."

does anyone have decent protein baking recipes? and none of this horrendous sludge business, either... i want something i can throw in the oven. i tried googling for protein brownie and protein muffin and i got lost in a deluge of fitness mom blogs who seem to have a penchant for IV'ing splenda. then i look at the macros of whatever they make that is ****low fat high protein**** and it has 3x the carbs.
