A rounded back isnt the end of the world though, you at least have good leg drive

ya i havent deadlifted in a while, but i decided to throw it into the mix once every 2-3 weeks. I have a pretty relaxed maintenance workout right now. More so driven by good fruit/veggie heavy diet than anything else.

Any other suggestions CtK? Appreciate the feedback. Hopefully I can get up to 500 in a year or so

I would just keep doing accessory lifts to keep your erector chain more rigid and help your legs develop the power to get the weight off the ground. I would also prob drop the weight so you can only move up to weight on which you can completely maintain strict form. Your form is much like Eason's. Not so good because you start in a position where you have optimal leverage and then your core just gives you and throws you over the bar.

Definitely beef up your core a bit more. If you want to pull with a rounded back, then start with one from beginning and pull yourself back so you're in an position for optimal leverage.

In other news, went to the chiro yesterday. He told me that I was in tip top shape up needs a slight SI joint adjustment (which is common for those that lift heavy often).

Felt good! The heated pulsating electrical thingamajig (insert dildo joke here) was probably my favorite part.

Weird question, but would does a high body weight relative to actual size indicate?

I weight around 160 lbs but am very similar in size (smaller in some ways) to most of my friends that weighs ~135-140

I had that done on a particularly nasty muscle tear and it was probably the most painful thing I have ever experienced. It felt like someone was trying to pull the bone out of my body. Oddly enough, I had it done again on a different muscle tear and experienced no pain whatsoever
