Pls dont get righteous we were just venturing back into sanity.

I do think 200g of whey a day is a bit much. I do ~75g on lift days. 50-75g of casein on rest days.

Gettoasty it's like going into SW&D and being like "i only shop at banana republic how does this look" and nobody wants to seeyour shitty workout/diet log because it's the equivalent of an all banana republic everything fit. plus you're ignoring people who are like dude that sweater looks like shit and you're like no you're being an asshole i can't afford nice clothing.

All i'm saying is I don't walk into where you work and slap the dick out of your mouth. People here know their shit. Listen to them or don't but don't bitch when you don't listen and then people don't put up with it.

For cereal I gave up whey like a bullimic chick gives up her lunch and after it all left my system, I felt way better. And this was with lots of regular fruit and veggies.

I can get a 6oz of "salad topper" flank steak for $5 at work cafeteria. It's all herb-encrusted and marinated and is fucking delicious.

Considering using this as an opportunity to expand my veggie cooking ability. Just bring over a big ass sack of delicious veggies and then buy some steak.

Made a veggie Qinoa stew. It was decent, but like needs more savory.

Wat do.

Everyone is telling me to use a belt when deadlifting. I'm in month two of SS and last time did 105kg x 5.

I see it as a crutch and think that maybe if I don't use it, my core will get stronger. Am I wrong, should I be wearing one?

Not a crutch.. more like a safety measure.

Just keep it simple.

You should be using a belt if..
- you constantly injure something back there
- you feel comfortable with one
- you train with near maximal weights all the time

You shouldn't be using a belt if..
- you need to beef up/thicken your core
- you don't feel comfortable with one
