Lettuce be cereal here, he's a beginner, he'll make progress doing anything, he could probably even do crossfit and make gains. Getting bigger and stronger up to a point is to be honest pretty fucking easy. You don't need to start off with starting strength and only do compounds until you're "worthy" of isolation exercises.

I eat about $10 worth of groceries a day (and that's with fresh boneless/skinless chicken taking up the brunt of it). If that's too much... ¯\_(ツ)_/¯

And since I haven't posted a RHET in a while...

1. Recently decided to try to eat all my calories and not drink any of them. Easier said than done and mirin anyone able to eat 3000+ cal a day purely from meat and starch.

2. Looking at lifting straps for front squats. Been a couple months and still can't rack for shit.

Don't understand the not wanting to get calories/protons from drinks. I get like 200g of protein a day minimum from whey, then like 120ish from other shit. Started drinking most of my carbs from instant oats and maltodextrin too.
