Tried some hallucinogens todays, didn't create new economic theories, question why I lift or invent a new way to lift, I am disappoint. Skipped lifting and getting proper nutrition so I could watch light shows when I closed my eyes, have everything be like shimmery and float about and believe I was carrying a massive bubble in my arms that everyone was trying to pop, fucking bull shit man.

you have to make do with what you have. I'd rather do hack squats on the smith than no squats at all

Hi Eason,

I will advice you to workout regularly and have balanced diet plan to lose and maintain weight and lead healthy lifestyle.

Losing weight lowers cholesterol levels and improves your heart health.Losing weight helps you in curing pain associated with arthritis, joint disease, and lower back pain. Losing weight makes your blood pressure better and increase your energy level.

Crazy day.

10am - 1pm: Ball Practice ( my jumpshot is wet, hit a game winning pullup elbow j with hand in my face)

1pm - 3pm: Lunch and chilling out with the teamates

3pm - 5:30pm: Front squats>DL>Foam rolling and stretching> cold shower

Now studying for quiz in 2 weeks time....feel like napping.

Did front squats at 155 today 3x5 with only moderate hip pain/irritation. I've been adding 10 lbs a week so extrapolating that I think I can front squat 2015 lbs by the end of the year

Should be attainable.

Checking in from San Juan. About to tear up the resort gym, show some grandmas what's up.

Goblet squats.

Don't think I've ever seen a male do goblet squats. No hate bc they seem like a good movement, just never see it

because its hard to hold a 100lb dumbbell out in front of you like that.
Goblet squats are pretty clutch. Think I'm going to program them into my next routine as an assistance.
I don't understand why you'd do them. Would need to hold a minimum of 100lb and then i'd have to do that for loads of reps and I doubt I could hold onto 100lb for long enough to get enough reps in. If I want to do a quad dominant high rep movement i'll just leg press.

Was massively excited to do dips in the gym today after rediscovering them, figured i'd do a few sets before I benched and it would't make much of a difference, ended up doing 107 of them and couldn't even get my warm up weights on bench.

I feel ya. I can go both ways (no homo), I'd take a snowboard trip over a beach trip. But seeing as I did a snowboard trip in January, San Juan is hitting the spot right now. Whaddup 85 degrees?
