10am - 1pm: Ball Practice ( my jumpshot is wet, hit a game winning pullup elbow j with hand in my face)
1pm - 3pm: Lunch and chilling out with the teamates
3pm - 5:30pm: Front squats>DL>Foam rolling and stretching> cold shower
Now studying for quiz in 2 weeks time....feel like napping.

Was massively excited to do dips in the gym today after rediscovering them, figured i'd do a few sets before I benched and it would't make much of a difference, ended up doing 107 of them and couldn't even get my warm up weights on bench.
I feel ya. I can go both ways (no homo), I'd take a snowboard trip over a beach trip. But seeing as I did a snowboard trip in January, San Juan is hitting the spot right now. Whaddup 85 degrees?
