Honestly, I've never much felt like eating after waking up, so the revelation that skipping breakfast would not make me atrophy into a pile of skinny fat goo was a relief.

3 eggs, 1/4 pound cured pork of some kind, fruit (apple/peach/berries), toasts, orange juice, Greek yogurt with granola, and then some baked goods, perhaps cookies or donuts.

Every day.

Although on weekends I may sub out the Greek yogurt for a triple stack of pancakes or french toast smothered in butter and syrup.

Had a bro tell me I was "looking good" today, no homo brah? Another thing i'm liking about the bodybuilding style training over powerlifting is I feel like I can experiment more. When i was doing powerlifting shit I knew what I was gonna do before I went in every time and had shit planned out a few weeks ahead. Did pull day today, wasn't liking how t bar rows felt, so I started doing 1 arm barbell rows, which felt great, stretch is much longer. Also paused my db rows at the top for about a second and really tried to pull my shoulder blades together, made 70lb dbs feel ridiculously heavy.


Saw a guy on the 1st rugby team tear a hamstring doing db lunges with 14kg lul wat. Looked painful as fuck.

During my carb backloading time I skipped breakfast too. It made me looney but i sure got ripped.

I always find it funny watching people do Db rows. Some people cant recruit their back muscles at all, and they kind of lift the DB up and out and even above their back using just their arm and it looks awkward as fuck.

I couldn't do 70% 5x10 for bench after doing 3 sets of 5 rms. I can barely do it after press (I'm assuming you're doing BBB challenge but didn't switch up the main/assistance movements)

Been doing a lot of work lately, which means sitting a lot, which means I feel like an old man. Aside from some foam rolling, what can I do to stop feeling like I'm eligible for free coffee at most restaurants?
