Loving new york sports club. Everyone's a pretty normal dude and there's lots of free passes for my bros (+ gonna train a girl i'm hooking up with and teach her how to squat for dat ass).

First day of sports medicine yesterday...was office based. Saw 53 patients from 7am to 8pm at a few nearby universities. Today in the OR doing rotator cuffs and ACLs.

Bronkaid is currently in recall due to some packaging labeling error.

I never had any issues with it and EC never suppressed my appetite but I have built up a big tolerance to stims over the years of tons of coffee perhaps.

Nope, I am pretty much in the middle... 5' 10" 190lbs.

The people who move big weight generally move pretty fast

Im jelly. Would love to put a platform and a rack somewhere, but small apartment living temporarily puts a halt to that. Got to the point I am considering buying bumpers to take to the commercial gym...

Had a shit workout today, don't like push day, have a hard time feeling my triceps and my pecs, no idea whats moving the dumbbells when i bench press. After looking up different techniques on how to feel your triceps and pecs for ages I decided to try some dips, last time i tried to do them it felt like my chest was being torn apart in the middle, but I did some using a table and the countertop and they felt really good. The stretch on a 5 second pause feels good, haven't done them since winter of 2010 so I expect some gains.

Been bringing a hockey ball to class this sem and sitting on it to massage my glute/piriformis...friends are super curious, then enlightened when I let them roll about the ball for a while smile.gif
