The chinese dont actually live off that greasy food you get from a buffet right?

Did some light weights for push today, mainly to give my damaged elbow a break as it hurts pretty bad if i try to go heavy. Felt retarded using 14kg DB's for decline press but 6 sets of 12 reps 30 seconds rest and the same on incline felt pretty good. Not sure if you would grow from training like this because the weight is so light, but you are putting more focus and stimulation into the muscle but training nowhere near failure. I feel like if i havent hit positive failure then i could have pushed myself more and im not gonna make any progress. But it has the advantage of not physically and mentally draining you as much, i normally feel like shit when i leave the gym.

Scale weight isn't everything, posted pictures of my mate before who has one several national natural body building shows at 5'10" and 140lb and deadlifts in the mid to high 300s, squats high 200s and benches mid 200s.

I've talked about it before, but I am finally taking the dive into more sups. Just ordered some aakg and will order some ON whey protein. Have not really supped and am in need of some recovery stuff. These sups probably won't do shit, but I have no other options. Right now I try to eat a shit ton and will continue to do so. I am in the bulking phase and I don't think I'll start cutting until late march and april.

TKJTG, how was Bronkaid in your EC stack cuts? I am looking into either bronkaid or trying to somehow obtain some ephendrine hcl online,

Bronkaid made cutting easy as pie last year. Wish I could use it this year. Just start off slow, especially if you're not used to stimulants. A single bronkaid and a single caffeine pill each day is all you need for the first few weeks. The first few times don't do it on an empty stomach.
