Not sure if deadlifts on leg day was a good idea. 3 weeks off from gym has cost me a fair bit of strength could only manage 3 plate DL for 3 reps previously could get 150kg for 3, i have lost about 4-5lbs though. Followed them with 5 sets of leg press 10-15 reps, leg curls and extension, could barely walk out of the gym and it was a struggle to not throw up. Don't think drinking 500ml of rubicon intra workout helps with that though.
For those that have cut before, roughly how long would it take to cut 20lbs with minimal LBM losses? Im maybe 18% BF although i have no idea really. I may be less fat but it just looks worse due to narrow frame and distribution. I think trying to bulk much further is just a bad idea and i could use the time to improve conditioning.
