Btw, how do you figure 3000+ calories per day with a macro of 50/20/30 (P/C/F) if you get 1.2g protein per pound of bw?
Let's do the math together..
You say you're 71-72kg. Let's take the upper end of that and add a couple pounds.
1.2g x 160lb = 192g protein.
192g x 4 calories = 768 calories.
768 calories = 50% protein in total macros.
You are taking in barely 1500 calories.
I really really really think you think you are eating more calories than you actually are.
