brown rice, oats, sweet potatoes, good stuff like that. when i feel like something sweet, a mildly sweetened rice pudding with dried fruit and/or vanilla and cinnamon hits the spot.

tbh i don't really count cal/macros...but a rough estimate is probably 3000+ per day. macro probably 50/30/20 p/f/c.

eating my face off = 1 whole chicken, 6 eggs,1/4 pound of ground beef, 1 cup of steamed spinach, 100g of cottage cheese post workout.

Aidan.... I'm forever indebted... I just remembered how great rice pudding is. Thats definitely gonna be a go to. Sweet potato fries are also always a treat. Good stuff man thanks

Had a full sleeve and her calves covered in tattoos, which I personally find disgusting, but would still bang. I can't wait to start cutting, gonna be aesthetic as fuck.

 

7 minutes of burpees would kick your ass.

If you don't count calories, then the best I can give you is.. eat more food.

Btw, how do you figure 3000+ calories per day with a macro of 50/20/30 (P/C/F) if you get 1.2g protein per pound of bw?

Let's do the math together..

You say you're 71-72kg. Let's take the upper end of that and add a couple pounds.

1.2g x 160lb = 192g protein.

192g x 4 calories = 768 calories.

768 calories = 50% protein in total macros.

You are taking in barely 1500 calories.



I really really really think you think you are eating more calories than you actually are.

Eat 300g protein, 225g carbs, 100g fats for a few weeks and let me know how it goes.

That's 3000 calories with a 40/30/30 breakdown on the nose.

THEN come back and ask for advice.
