fuck im pretty convinced that i have fractured a bone in my elbow again. Slipped over on the ice a few weeks ago now landed hard on the point of my elbow, hasnt recovered at all since then and i can feel some sort of gap/dent on the end of the elbow. Painful as fuck if it even brushes something, but i have full ROM which is unusual if it is a fracture. Definitley feels weaker and cant do any pushing movements properly, probably shouldnt be worknig out with a possible broken bone but shit happens.

Well ill get up to like 190ish then cut to like 175lb and single digit bf%, will be thin but shredded and I have a fairly wide bone structure so I'm not worried about looking too skinny, have like a 43" chest, but still a small waist so I'll have a good shape

I think if i cut i would be about 165lb at 10% assuming i would lose roughly 10lb LBM cutting that far from 200lb. Scared to be that skinny again when i feel like a twig already.

Doc thinks I might have ostetitis pubis. Also a minor labrum tear but nothing requiring surgery. Need a bone scan to confirm.

Feels annoying man. Just want to get back in the game.

i got slammed with work last semester. this semester i'm taking less. want to get splits and windmills and flares. frown.gif i paid john but haven't utilized him as much.

I don't know what that pubis thing is but it sounds like an STD. I have an awful lot of experience with labrum tears (7 weeks post hip arthroscopy). Many people have labrum tears that never present a problem - depends on the severity. I had a severe tear and needed surgery on my right side. Left shows a minor tear and has never exhibited an iota of pain.

You should try to go up to 200 at least. I'm 6'2" and I am in at 212 lbs right not and I don't look fat. In fact I'm starting to get into the gym more and get more shredded.

Haha ya GDC would've been great, oh well. Publisher backed out with no notice which generally fucks over an indie dev. Lots of positions open here at home though, life goes on.

bros, possible just to gain 5-10lbs over 2 months?

Been eating my face off, 1.2g protein per lb of body weight and I'm still @ 71-72kg after 3 months. been doing carb refeed days but all it does is give me pregnant lower abs and no size elsewhere.

Ideally I like to be 170lbs @ 8% bf...now Im 160 soaking wet @ 10-11%. I managed to get down to 8% without losing strength but I looked like malnourished asian laborer.
