Friend wants to lose weight bc her work had a health asessment but she doesn't want to join a gym or count calories. She lives within walking distance of 5 gyms, including a planet shitness so cost is a bs excuse. Plus calorie counting apps are free. So much rage.

"i want something but i dont want to have to do anything for it. now i am going to pout." ffffuuuu.gif

They were like I dunno man he's looking pretty big with his new convict without, then they rolled their eyes and told me to go easy on him.

oh super cool im glad you know what his goals are, surely everyone wants to look like ronnie coleman. also, it is literally impossible to accomplish anything physique wise unless you use very specifically-shaped pieces of metal. literally. i mean its so literal that no one on this planet ever has done anything remotely related to fitness without said equipment, due to the human body being so self-aware it is actually being cognizant of whether or not resistance is being provided by weights.

he explicitly stated he was not willing to put any time or money into a gym, dafuq makes you think he's going to spend $1000 on a full home setup?

Took upper back progress pics today, feel kind of ok, but also shit compared to my legs so too embarrassed to poast. I don't really know how to spread my lats in a back double bi, I end up basically doing what I do with my upper back when I squat so like mid back, rhomboids and lower traps all look thick, but lats are pulled in so I look narrow as fuck. Never been able to do that pose where you puff your chest out and your lats flex.

well, that was kinda my point. If you dont put any time or money into something you aint gonna achieve anything.

I'm running out of ideas for exercises, you guys got any?

One thing I got for mostly conditioning at home is purchasing some army surplus duffels and laundry bags and filling them with sand. Super cheap and disposable, can be loaded to differing weights and useful for all sorts of things: carries, squats, deadlifts etc. KB swings with the dumbbells or sand bag.

I also second convict conditioning.

I disagree

if you have the production function P=A(K^a)(L^1-a) irregardless of your technology constant if either K or L are 0 your production will be 0.

Most of these carb up meals sound more like an everyday snack to me....dunno, half a pizza? 5 pieces of bread? Come on man...

Carbing up = 800g of carbs in a gummy bear bollus.
True. I don't eat much carbs around my workout. On workout days it's about 400g
