For the dude's with bad posture, the "Neanderthal No More" series by Cressey and Robertson has some good information in how to assess and correct these common postural deficiencies.

That resident probably has no life after working 100 hours a week and lifting, eating, etc. enough to maintain that level. Either that or he's a robot and doesn't sleep. Don't expect to be him. Every resident/physician I met that cared about lifting and had other desires in life basically had to settle until at least PGY3-4.

My girlfriend's dad is a brain surgeon in Florida. Private practice too.

I love my Rippetoe shorts btw, best thing I've bought. So much mobility with a 14" knee opening

fuck stalled on bench today. in fact all my lifts were so weak I was hitting failure on everything. The past 2 months I had been coming back from a long break and I didn't even regain all my strength. surprised to stall this early. going to deload this week then reset my lifts on monday. I am exhausted.

So now that my Press is fixed and Bench is near fixed next up is Abs. I feel like it's easier to take things 1 at a time. Lots of heavy standing band ab crunches, planks, decline situps, and leg raises after every workout.

Going whole hog on IF/LG. Did 2 fasted training sessions this weekend, they were OK. Doing my first one at work tomorrow. I always fail at this cause I never give myself time to get used to it. Wanna give it 100% for like 2 months before I completely write it off.

Hardest part is actually getting enough kcals in in the window. I gotta make that first meal huge. Def doing Boston Market tomorrow, wash it down w/a protein shake. BRB 2100kcals, hope I don't have a food coma.
