Because creatine doesn't dissolve in water unless it's heated and I don't want to drink warm creatine water

on the subject of meat, my bros and I are squatting tmr, then a bbq, then off to Laneway to see Nicholas Jaar. In that order.

Nicolas Jaar is awesome. When he was in Belgrade last year, he held a concert that went on for about hour and a half. Since afterwards everyone went to an unofficial after party at a nearby boat, he showed up at about 3am and dj'd till about 8am. Def. one of the better parties I've been to last year.

Just leave your knobbler on her desk with a smiley face on a sticky note.

LOL

I got her some other stuff, foam roller was just a fun gift. She does a lot of cardio stuff in the gym, figure she could use it. I don't get why personal trainers are still not hip to the fact of foam rolling.

Fuck it though, still squatting after work.

was it one of those knobbly, suggestively-shaped ones?

Just bought a band for stretches, mobility and some exercises.

It's good length, approx 3 ft in length and 1.5 inches wide, but it's stiff as hell. I thought I'd use it for benching to learn the "rip the bar apart", but it's too long to not be folded and when I fold it in half, it has way to much resistance. Literally cannot stretch it more than an inch or two.

Do these things loosen up? How much resistance do you want?

I might get another band with less resistance and keep this for big stretches, pull ups and the like.

what # band did you get? from where?

i got my bands from ironwoody and i would only use a #1 or #2 tops to add resistance to upper movements. if you are looking for stretches and mobility i wouldn't want anything more than a #2. it sounds like you have a #3 or #4 which would be mega overkill for your purposes. they do loosen up a little bit but not a whole lot.
