Missed my goal of 110kgx20 on the squat today, only got 16 reps, brb crying, will just attempt it again on monday. I dropped the bar off my back because the straps I was holding onto slipped out of my hands so i'm gonna switch back to normal squatting for a while. Did it on my 4 sets of 10 with 110kg afterwards, felt better. Put an extra 5kg on my romanian deadlifts and pulled 120kg for 3x15. Broke my seinheissers, never realised how weird my grunting sounds in the gym, sounds like i'm dieing. I'm not really feeling squats in my quads so much so i'm gonna do some leg press I think, poverty gym one only has a selectorised one though with 260kg so I just did 30 reps with 260 then dropped to 180 then 100.
