5'6, was 204lbs, now 197. I'd like to get down to about 180-185, where I'd be pretty lean.
Basically just eating lean protein. Having a little bit of veggies via salads or kimchi, but not much.
Yeah, haven't had any problems. Other than a brief experiment with CBL I've eaten very low carb the past few years, so I'm pretty fat adapted. Long conditioning workouts are tough right now, but mostly after the fact, not during.
Deep squats, heavy good mornings, heavy deads, 3 years of olympic lifting. I'm super thick around that area.
Maybe the key word here is deep, but whenever I do squats (which I believe to be deep, btw), I feel like only my quads (and butt cheeks) are getting bigger, so while my thighs look bigger when you're looking at them front-on, the sides of my legs never seem to develop..
Wait what? Joshuadowen is on a 1500 deficit? Why u like metabolic damage?
