I still eat low carb, but its extremely bastardized.
Don't really count my carbs, just milk and coffee in the morning, chicken salad pre wo, lots of veg and red meat post wo. If still hungry will chomp on nuts, milk and eggs.
I take lots of milk and diary, but can't really care less, my bf is definitely 10% or below. I'm not that heavy tho, only around 72-73 kg.
Just gonna avoid the rice, pasta, bread , sweets until the weekend. Something my energy lvl dip and I cheat a bit, like having a pastry or something.
I'm used to eating clean (over 5 years now) so cramping spinach and chicken breast down is ok. Also, my training involves a fair bit of conditioning so sugar doesn't stay in my body long.
Ate 4 pbj sandwiches after track training last night, woke up and had no bloat.
