I'm not sure everyone's is that bad... literally the first thing that happens when he pulls is complete spinal flexion.

That's like a stiff legged deadlift to back surgery

I'm going to record my beltless deadlifts today and then post it here later tonight.

Someone come at me.

I liked that bit when he said 'take it" and "grow you son of a bitch" felt like I was watching some gay S&M porn.

So whatever happened to carb backloading with you guys? Did everyone just give up on it? I find counting calories is a fuck of a lot easier than trying to figure out how to avoid carbs all day.

Someone else wrote my diet but all my carbs are around working out and I eat low carb on non training days. Its sorta the same idea but carbs are clean and no fast so I guess Kiefer would say its not. Kiefer contradicted himself so much post releasing his pdf that I just don't take any information from him

it did cut alot of fat on me. Can't say it made me feel well tho

Feelsbad when late home from work and too tired to go and squat, so eating frozen pizza instead. It's so hard for me to eat clean, i'm not good at being prepared. Can't wait till i can cut so i have a less absurd calorie goal and dont have to eat so much junk to reach it. Will do squat day tomorrow, taking today as rest day instead of thursday dont worry bros. Considering getting a squat rack when i get my own place so i dont have to go to the gym for leg day.

just got my diet from trainer man. i am never counting a macro again in my life, hallelujah - and no timing nonsense either.

obviously time will tell but it seems like compliance will be pretty easy on this setup. its pretty modular and based around end of day totals trumping everything. will be difficult to manage the very same week the new chef starts though frown.gif

do it, soon you'll be so hooked at lifting at home you'll never step foot in a commercial gym again.

CBL, as written, is a lot more extreme than probably most adhere to or need to adhere to. I still eat my CBL inspired routine. Morning black coffee, heavy on protein and fat during the day with some carbs near work out, heavy on the carbs and protein post work out with light to moderate fat.

I tried CBL for about 3 weeks and didn't like it. I've got no problem avoiding carbs all day, but found it hard to not overeat post-WoD. I was gaining weight for sure. It might work for some people, but I'm the sort of person who could sit and eat 5000+ calories in a sitting no problem, so I find diets with a little less freedom work better for me.

Speaking of dieting, I'm about 6 days into my PSMF and am down about 5lbs. Fatigue is totally gone and appetite is nearly there. Ate about 1/4 lb of turkey breast for lunch, then 2 baked chicken breasts in broth for dinner yesterday. Regardless of nutritional value, I find this diet an interesting experiment in breaking the emotional feedback loop with eating. With the same bland meal every day, there's nothing to look forward to and no excitement, and it becomes a lot easier to focus on whether or not I'm actually hungry.

I still eat low carb, but its extremely bastardized.

Don't really count my carbs, just milk and coffee in the morning, chicken salad pre wo, lots of veg and red meat post wo. If still hungry will chomp on nuts, milk and eggs.

I take lots of milk and diary, but can't really care less, my bf is definitely 10% or below. I'm not that heavy tho, only around 72-73 kg.

Just gonna avoid the rice, pasta, bread , sweets until the weekend. Something my energy lvl dip and I cheat a bit, like having a pastry or something.

I'm used to eating clean (over 5 years now) so cramping spinach and chicken breast down is ok. Also, my training involves a fair bit of conditioning so sugar doesn't stay in my body long.

Ate 4 pbj sandwiches after track training last night, woke up and had no bloat.
