Had my last Bikram yoga practice this morning at the Upper Eastside studio here in NYC. I much prefer hot Vinyasa and Vinyasa in general, and even practiced at a place in Midtown for a few days. I don't get the appeal of Bikram, particularly since it's the same 26 poses day in and day out; but there are lots of classes and they seem to always be fully subscribed. I couldn't have Bikram as my only yoga practice, and definitely wouldn't do it daily. Lots of eye candy though.

i feel like it might, i'm going to protein hard tonight <3 steak dinners so i dont know if i will want to go hard. oh well

and new years resolutions, i want to nutrition better and get stronger. also get more conditioned as im currently loving it; gotta be functional.
