observed some gym retards yesterday which thankfully is very rare at the place i train at. these two dudes were there who seem to kinda know somewhat what they're doing 30% of the time and hopelessly clueless the rest of the time.
the fatter of this dynamic duo was doing some box collapses, as in taking a bar on his back and collapsing to a box almost uncontrollably. goodnight sweet L5. my coach surely wouldve laughed his ass off
I did curls for the first time since spring this week, was a strange experience. Arms aren't that skinny, have to remember I'm 6'3" and have marfans, arms are long s fuk. Probably need like 18" before I even lift. The no curl, just squart people lied to me. Getting sick at pull ups and rows didn't do shit for my arms.
