Got a sickening blender and loads of old navy shit for xmas, made delicious whey protein shake out of yoghurt, black berries and bananas. Sadly parents didn't get me any anavar even though I've been asking since like last year.

I too have that problem but I force myself to wait even if I feel 100% ready. I do notice a big difference.

Food and more food, and sleep.

I have made ultimate whey protein shake

frozen mangos, greek yoghurt, pineapple and coconut juice (probs optional) and whey. Tastes like the mango pudding you getting with yum cha and has berutiful macros. Not eating turkey with family because it tastes better.

I went to visit my family but didn't get to lift, but I did some time on the tread mill and did some sandbag exercises. Also did some sprints.

Christmas is just another day in my family, so ho hum. We don't even exchange gifts (thank god), so I've spent the usual $0 this Christmas. icon_gu_b_slayer[1].gif

I did yesterday at a gym I visited while spending time with relatives in NE Indiana. Turned out to be a decent place, so I worked on upper, lower, and ran. Spent 3 hours there, and left feeling great.

Traveled all day today to New York. Will resume lifting and yoga tomorrow, too tired tonight.

3 plate fulls of 4pc of ham, corn pudding, bacon wrapped green beans, rolls, hashbrown casserole, mashed sweet potatoes covered in marshmallows. Slice of red velvet cake. Probably have some more food before bed. Pretty stuffed right now though.

Moved all my training back one day for the this week and next. Don't plan on missing any training due to holiday gym closings.

Restarted my paused bench cycle and started with 290 for 2 easy sets of 5 this past Sunday.

And moved my beltless deadlifts to 3x3 and hit a fairly easy 475 for them.

Will probably run beltless deadlifts and beltless box squats for 2-3 weeks more to beef up my core.

wtf man, why you put marshmallows in your sweet potatoes? My dad always tells me about the weird as fuck food people in the midwest eat with like jello on everything, but I didn't believe it.
