My condition has gotten better so CNS recovery and workload capacity increased, so I don't need to use them anymore for when I do my 20-reppers (once in a while). Nor on my volume back down sets I do sometimes (405x10, 365x10, 315x10 after my heavy work).

Yep, at least a 550 squat, 350 bench, and 600 deadlift by May 18th in the 198's. Best case scenario would be 570/365/625.
And hopefully by year's end I'll be somewhere around 600/400/650.
