It looks like I'm going to have to change from pork shoulder to a different form of cheap protein. The shoulder is just too calorie dense and fatty. Any suggestions on cheap whole cuts? I found some beef round tip today. No idea what that is but the nutritional breakdown seems much better. I've already got chicken breast. Can't eat 20 ounces of that shit a day without going insane.
