What's the best online calorie tracker where you can easily see macros? I give up trying to track on my windows 8 phone. Lack of good apps.

So taken in everyone feed back .. I've realized if I want to bulk up my upper body I'm going to just have to accept the fact that my lower body might get larger. I'm 175lbs right now which is where I'd eventually like to be in the long run but with a different body composition. I really need to bulk up my upper body which is goal #1 and I can't do this on a calorie deficient diet. So I built out a diet and exercise plan that focuses on strength and hypertrophy for my upper body, I still have squat and deadlift days but my accessory work is high reps and pretty vain. My diet will be +500 cals above maintenance which = 2,800 cals per day at about 300g carbs 225g prot and 77g of fat. This should put me at a 1lb a week with the end goal of being 185lbs at the end of March. I'm going to try to cushion my carbs around workouts and will be doing some conditioning work too. From there I will probably cut body fat and hopefully enjoy a more built out upper body.

Honestly it sucks that restaurants have to pay so much to provide nutrition info because they have to send it to a lab to get analyzed and shit, but I never understood why they can't provide some kind of "unofficial" count based on the nutrition info of the ingredients they use. Most restaurants don't change the majority of their menu that often so I don't see why it would be so difficult to do.

Just carried 2 36 racks from a beer store to the subway to my apartment. I weighed them and they're 30 lbs each.

Although I seem to have forgotten how to snatch, I did manage to knock out a solid 138kg C&J.

Now two weeks of no lifting, for first time in about 5 years. Then a nice 6 week peaking cycle leading up to competition in February.
