What do you mean by "don't work" then? I will likely move to front squats once I'm not-so-crippled, I hope that in combination with deadlifts and good mornings they can hit my lower body hard enough.

Also, trying to cut my bfat down further this is where i am at at the moment (if anyone here is good at estimating bf hit me up with an estimate)

Any good tips/alternations to lift routine/cardio when you are this level already and want to drop a 2-3 more lbs of fat?

12-13%. Are you tracking your macros? Once you get under 10% it's all about having really dialed-in nutrition.

thanks eason, i used to be around 10 maybe under but slipped up thanks to med school. I don't really track anything. Just try to eat smallish meals with a good but not overwhelming helping of proteins and fiber rich fruits and veggies. Staying up late and stressing about tests throws an obvious wrench here!

how do you know if you are eating the right amount? should i be going to bed feeling slightly hungry?

I mean they dont make your quads grow, if that is a goal of yours.

As far as dropping fat, the sure-fire way is to measure your food.

Had the winter vomiting virus yesterday, was horrible, most ill I've ever been. Probably diseased the fuck out of some paramedics too.
