I usually eat an hour or an hour and a half after workout. Is that too long or is it all broscience with that "feeding window" right after workout?

don't worry about it

there's broscience going the other way saying you should wait at least 30+mins pwo to eat anything anyways, so... yeah, do whatever

Good to know.

I have no problem eating much. Have crammed down 3k cals in the last 4 hours and still going.

During this bulk, despite small strength increases (fixing form), I've gained a good amount of mass. Mainly in the glutes, quads and lats though. Not much has happened with chest and arms. 6 pack and dat jawline is gone. Face getting fatter too shog[1].gif

Banged out 315 3x5 followed by 335 for a couple easy singles. Felt great. heaviest I've gone since I changed my form to high bar and started squatting below parallel.

+1. I've seen plenty of gorgeous women at yoga, many of whom are unbelievably flexible; however, if you're doing yoga right, after the session starts you quickly find yourself paying no attention to anyone else there.

Prepare to sweat, profusely. I had a bikram yoga practice session earlier this evening, and came home in soaking wet clothes. I love it though, despite the heat.

Struggled to lock out my last couple of deadlifts today due to grip. Gonna have to lay off the BB curls for a while as they have caused forearm tendonitis again, seems to happen if i do them for a consistent period. Also will have to get some straps because im struggling to hold onto anything above 300lbs for reps and chalk has been banned.

For those of you that have done a lot of mobility work for fixing injuries, bad posture, etc - how much mobility work did you do daily and after how long time did you notice any progress?

I can't squat low enough without rounding lower back and I've got some overhead issues with my left arm. Been doing mobility work (static / dynamic stretches, various exercises) every morning and evening for 1 hour per day for 3 months now. Seeing very small progress in depth and hamstrings are not as tight anymore.

My fashion bruhs. I'm now a size large in some shirts.. I have really fuckin short torso now tho so I fee like larges are too long.. dunno you people know more about fit than me. I feel like a shirt like this could use 2" of hemming on the bottom? Paging Charly

(My apartment is a fucking mess, have everyones christmas gifts thrown about)
