I do once in a while, occasionally I get in the mood to do it, it's just not really a priority. Its always been fairly high, only a few kg below my bench and I feel like I get enough front delt work from other presses.

True, my OVP is more than my bench now.. in the process of fixing that.

OVP is a serious problem for me, its always been about 50% of my bench, part of it I think is my body geometry and my spidermonkey arms.

When I took my Sqaut/Dead/Bench/Press maxes after Olympic Lifting (transferring over to powerlifitng) my press was the only thing that was in the advance category on NSCA.

Fuji we should have a small off to see who was the skinniest prior to lifting.
No way you could win that, I was 112lb at 6'2" before I started lifting, could not do a push up, could get a hand around my biceps flexed and both hands around my quads.

wow you win

then again i live like 45 mins from the border so its no biggie.

Supplementscanada.com is doing 12% off and free shipping right now.

i'm not going to start dickwaving over whey quality and stuff but those prices are pretty terrible - $140-150 for 10lbs of ON whey is $10 more than what you'd pay at GNC and ON whey doesn't really stack up that well vs. house brands offered by decent online retailers.

shipping is a pain but to be honest even if you end up eating the shipping/customs charges, you usually end up paying the same amount with the only difference being you're getting a quality product from truenutrition/musclefeast/whoever.
