no, its something stupid like $40. i get stuff shipped to a cross-border shipping depot now; it usually costs $5/package up to 20lbs. as long as you aren't making a dedicated trip just to pick the stuff up, the cost of fuel in the usa + savings in shipping will offset any costs to do it.

Speed work box squats, rep work for upper body with fuck loads more pulling then pressing with no overhead work and front squats are obviously a recipe for disaster.
