Hmm that might be hard. What I actually like better is to rack a barbell in a squat rack about shoulder high, then walk around to the outside of the rack and put your arm on the collar of the barbell palms up, then just roll the top of your triceps inside your armpit then around the bottom at the elbow. Feels good.
The trigger point therapy book I have states that tennis elbow is miss diagnosed and it's just trigger points that should be taken care of. Probably whey tennis elbow rehab never works.
