How much do you single dudes spend on groceries weekly?

As I get back into lifting, my first two weeks I spent like $50-60 each on groceries. I never eat out,

so that might not be too bad, but wondering how y'all keep your grocery bills down.

Got the trigger point therapy book that deals with lower body in today. The frozen shoulder workbook is fucking amazing, so stoked to read this.

I spent $60 on groceries on Friday and it has lasted me until today with eating out twice. I eat out all the time when I'm on the road for 20 days of the month.

just got a massage and found out my shoulder problems are all due to funny business in the bicipital groove. so many tight spots all over though; had some serious sensitive areas on the side of my glutes and hammies and big ones in my traps/rhomboids. masseuse told me to get some epsom salts too, wondering if they will do any good.

For oly squatting, you guys advise i temporarily use 5kg plates under my heels? ( if i have no oly shoes, duh)
acquire flexibility; squatting high bar with a narrower stance doesn't necessitate the use of oly shoes

holy shit did that massage work wonders. did a lower sesh this morning and front squats / rdls felt like a million effin dollars. hammies/glutes felt nice and loose and hitting depth was ez mode.

after one week of antagonistic supersets and strict rest periods im feeling like my work capacity is increasing in the sense that i'm more able to hit the last few movements with the same intensity as the first. probably won't swole up as quickly but it feels good not to be huffing and puffing.

1 year after torn hip flexor I finally hit 285 on squat with good depth. Will be relatively happy when I can hit 315 for a triple. And right now it's my fucking elbow tendonitis holding my bench back at 265.
