So my sister is going to jump out of an airplane 2 miles high, parachute, then run a 50 mile marathon.. wtf please excuse me why I overhead press in my dark corner

She's a grad student, teaches honors economics, ultra runner, and teaches pole dancing classes at a local studio. Single too (and has a better pullup than me)

Really struggling with sleep at the moment and its fucking me right up. I can come home from work, lay on the bed and fall asleep pretty easily in the early evening (but i dont do this obviously) yet when i actually do go to bed i feel awake. The worst part is i wake up way too early and seem to always be laying there half asleep waiting for the alarm, if im so tired cant work out why i dont stay asleep.

Is your bed room pitch black? Like shades up and stuff. Try some ZMA and get more sunshine during the day.

yes its pitch black, but the time i feel tired is in the evening when the light is on. ZMA didnt work for me.

Depends on if you're getting a BA or BS. BS is more legit and has marketable skills (maths).
