I ordered that one then inzer sent me a 13mm. Came it a massive box because the leather was too thick to be coiled into a smaller one.

Those who mostly eat keto, did you get the "keto flu"? Been feeling shitty and tired recently in the afternoons unless I down strong black coffee and eat something.

Body is jacked though, now legit 10% bf for past week. Faster too, ran my PR for 400m easy.

I woke up on the fourth day this last round with the symptoms of an awful hangover: massive headache, nausea, generally feeling lethargic. I also had a headache for a few hours the last day of keto, but aside from those two instances, I noticed little difference in how I felt. I think I actually felt better than usual a lot of days, to be honest.

I felt bad through the 3rd-5th days, after that I feel much better. I always remember how absolute shit I felt every single day I started off with egg+toast or cereal, was fucking awful. Fuck carb breakfast.

I can't remember the last time I had regular pancakes. Almond flour is magic when it comes to replicating foods like that. It feels like cheating to eat a plate full of pancakes and have something like 12 net carbs be the toll.

I should clarify that I'm not the carbophob I was a couple of years ago, but have found that I generally feel better on a diet that is mostly reliant on protein and (mostly) good fats with a smattering of carbs.

This weekend had almond flour waffles, eggs and a bison tenderloin, for brekkie

 

Also APK, you should check out Quest bars, 170cals 20g of protein, 17g of fiber and only 6 net carbs (no glycerin or sugar alcohols either)

 

cinnamon roll and apple pie are the best flavors

holy eff new coach is insanely detailed. doing a low volume 5/3/1-style template with a strong focus on conditioning for the first four weeks, gonna suck big. first training packet excluding any diet information was 12 pages long, leaving nothing to chance. no thinking required, pretty pleased so far icon_gu_b_slayer[1].gif

yeh i have to say i am a waffle guy when it comes down to it but making batter for that is real annoying. good pancake batter is ez mode
