Arms just about reaching 15" now at 200lb. When they were 13 or so i thought 15 would look good. Now i reckon 16" would look like i lift, but they probably wont have time to get that big before i have to start cutting. Not sure if having a day just to pound arms and delts is helping but it feels good to have a bro workout anyway. Also wont be using a barbell for anything other than DL, rows and curls anymore, DBs all the way.
Inzer 13mm belt shits on the $40 lever belt I bought. 10mm belts, do they even work? Edges are raw and it feels all flimsy, will use for light speed work because its faster to put on. Will get pics comparing.
