but srsly... I couldn't get any results until my father gave me this photocopied booklet called "Legendary Abs" and it really started working for me. I think I've plateaued... suggestions?

From what I've heard/read the love handles are all about diet and you can't really spot reduce like that. Robb Wolfe would say when getting rid of remaining love handles if you are already sub 10%BF then you need to look at lifestyle stuff. Amount of sleep, cortosol levels, maybe try adding in a little coffee in the morning. Or just do carbnite and they will be gone real fast.

Tried to de-bone and roast a chicken last night. De-boning was tough but the results were awesome.

Why not just roast the chicken whole and then take out the bones? Seems like it would be WAY less hassle.

Ok, so I've acquired a slow cooker. Gonna hit the Costco today for pork shoulder and chicken breasts. Come at me with those sweet, sweet recipes.

Chicken breasts are not good on the slow cooker. Thighs and drumsticsks, mang.

Got 4lbs of minced steak in the slow cooker now, its pretty much all i eat now. Gonna try and do some sort of game casserole soon with venison and rabbit or something and diced potato for some carbs, must be harder to portion that accurately than a beef chilli though.

Also been eating a lot more eggs, fried eggs are amazing. I've been frying 3 or 4 in some olive oil and then putting a slice of bread in the pan afterwards to soak up the left over oil. So tasty with some baked beans.

Well if that's your first try it looks like you did a pretty good job, only mangled it a little bit. Sharpy sharpy sharp knifey.
