Gotcha, i know what you mean. I still got a lil more work to do. It was awesome how fast the abs showed up but the love handles are still hanging around. I heard these will go away in another month or so, and I guess it's my genetics to loose fat there last. So at the moment i sorta look weird because i lost fat first in my chest then upper abdomen, so love handles are still in full effect and look larger because i'm cut in just above it.. at least that's what someone said when they looked at the picture. This is my first time loosing weight so I guess this is normal.
so what is the best way to work the lower abs and lose that little bit of troublesome love handle/belly fat? I must be fucked genetically because I'm probably in the low teens body fat and it's the last place that just won't budge. can I donate it to medical research or a soap manufacturer?
but srsly... I couldn't get any results until my father gave me this photocopied booklet called "Legendary Abs" and it really started working for me. I think I've plateaued... suggestions?
