I almost started a band with a gym buddy called Deadlift, we had our first 7" named MaxingOut and song already named lol so stupid

I'm looking to buy a band for mobility work and some exercises.

Should I go with 22, 32, 44 or 64 millimeter width? All are 2 meter long.

Also, is tennisball better than a 20 cm high massage ball with knobs for mobility work? Can't find a small, hard ball like mobilitywod use.

buy a lacross ball from sports authority for $2

I'm in Sweden. Will check out local sports shops but really doubt they'll have stuff like lacross balls.

I wider rubber band must be more comfortable for mobility work when wrapping it tight around body parts, right? Thinking about the 44 or 64 mm width.

Golf balls. Pool balls.

First day doing some beltless deadlifts in a while.

Worked up to a semi-conservative 445 for 2 sets of 5.

Jesus, I already feel the soreness that is going to give me hell tomorrow morning.

*not sure if serious*

Actually this is kind of my concern. I have shit knees, have had since I was about 16 (I'm 36 now, so that's going back a bit). Not overly concerned about my back (I'll start light and be careful about form), but I do worry about my knees even with light weights and decent form....

i'd be more worried about your shins than your knees. deads are fine so long as your form is good. Coldsnapp was just being a prick.

I was being sarcastic :P Bad knees are usually related to what you do outside of the gym, if you're not stretching out your legs and doing soft tissue work around the area you can set your knees up to have crappy mechanics that will lead to injuries in the gym.
