Was doing shoulder presses after incline hammer press to work my shoulders, but am bottle necking due to hypertrophy in my triceps. Looking for another lift that focuses on shoulders without utilizing triceps, that isn't DB shoulder fly's because I do those on another day. Already looked for some kind of shoulder fly machine but my gym doesn't have one (old one did).

Any suggestions?

I had to google incline hammer press. You probably bottle necking cause your triceps are tight as hell and inflexible.

what about front/lateral raises

dont worry about it and keep lifting.
my current routine has me incline db pressing followed by overhead press.

why? i don't know, i don't ask questions. theres a reason i pay for training.

incline pressing is pretty taxing on triceps, so are overhead presses.
i dont know what you are asking. want more shoulder pump? do shoulder specific things.

I dunno if the mobility work helped, but I was able to power clean my bw for a triple today. 2 weeks ago, can't even do that for a single.

Anyways critique hang clean form...i think i need to incorporate better triple extension.
