I have this problem as well.
I started squatting in april april with 50 kg or so and moved up to a BW squat of 80 kg just after summer. Found out my form was shit. Buttwink as soon as I hit parallel.
Read up on flexibility and mobility work and have done it every day since. Swapped squats to box squats with a wide stance. Do more work on hamstrings and gluted to build that weak, inflexible posterior chain which causes butt wink. 3 months later and pretty much still the same. Still can't squat to parallel properly.
I've played a lot of videogames when I was younger and still spend at least 2 hours sitting at the computer daily. My hamstrings have been really tight for as long as I can remember. Can't reach my toes with straight legs.
