uh oh. Ever since I did paused benches yesterday morning, I have been feeling this strange tightness/soreness in the left side near my pec. It doesnt feel like it is in the front or the back, sort of deep inside. I only feel it when I take a very deep breath, sneeze or stretch my left arm across my body. Cause for concern?
Quotes overheard at the gym today questioning the safety of snatch.....
"If I tried that, my shoulder would eject itself and just fly across the room."
"He's asking for a torn labrum."
"That's such a dangerous lift, he's gonna crush himself if he misses."
"He probably shouldn't go so low."
Mostly coming from guys who were back squatting what I was hang snatching for reps. I couldn't tell if they were serious, or if they' were just taken aback from having never seen someone do a snatch in real life before.
Any sucking up you guys want to do before I win the Power Ball tonight?
if I get special consideration for being the first I think that with the anticipated $550M total, you stand to clear at least $350M of which a nice 1% contribution to your new fave SF'er (moi) would be a paltry $3.5M which you would not even miss! PM me tm for bank routing info!
This, guys. I've got one that I mostly use at the top and side of my glutes, since working over trigger points there really helped my lower back pain I suffered through a lot of last year. It's also great between the shoulder blades if you've got a lady in your life or an open-minded, non-judgmental buddy if the former isn't the case.
in all seriousness, however, they actually work quite well for deep tissue and pressure points...
I have multiple bone implements kinda like these below in various shapes and sizes that work great.... usually pick them up in any night market in Asia for cheap!
