I am at the 6 week point from my injury (tore a calf muscle) so I can go back to leg work, running and boxing. I am both excited and aprehensive about it. I am worried that I will overdo it to begin with and hurt myself again, putting off getting back in the swing of things. on the other hand, I don't want to take baby steps and not move forward. really unhappy.
