Yeah, they're short but not excessively so. I had them go to the shorter side 'cause i like that stylistically (also 'cause the jacket's a bit long if the sleeves are on the shorter side it makes it look less dad-jacket-y.)

I wish they made them in more colors than black tho.

2x bodyweight squat is a totally reasonable goal.

Yup, that's why i never buy Uniqlo jackets or even their shirts. Sleeves end comically above my wristbone. Their recent oxfords / flannels are better, but obvious that the sleeves are cut short.

Btw, what is average time needed to get to legit 320 squat @ 160 bw, assuming no weight gainz? 1 year?

Exrx is my go-to for all questions of this nature. 320 at 160 is approx "advanced" which implies "An individual with multi-year training experience with definite goals in the higher levels of competitive athletics." However, what chances do you think someone at 6'2 160 is ever gonna squat 320?

Yea fo real. I trained with someone who was 6 2 and I always had a heavier squat due to leverage.

My manlet bro (5'5) @ my uni gym squats 4 plates easy.

He also does 10 kg shoulder halos balancing on a med ball + 320 lb parallel squats on a bosu.

Whole gym literally watches in awe when he does those.

Kinda chubby though, he's like 16% bf.

I did close to 352lb I think at 180ish and 6'3" in just over a year so a year sounds about right.

Thoughts on carb nite so far:

- Today is day 5. Bf went to 11% to 9.6%. (tanitha scale but heck a decrease is a decrease)
- Alot more defined, but also lost size (dropped from 73kg to 71.5kg, also body definitely looks smaller)
- Felt light headed throughout the day (is this normal???)
- I think I'm having trouble sleeping.

I think I gonna consume more protein, hate feeling like a malnourished person. Brb knocking down 2 eggs and a carton of milk.

But lower bw allowed me to do more pull-ups. hit 3 x 10 today with a 10kg plate and belt.

deadlifted 3 plates for 3 reps, pretty hard. Watched really skinny kids leg pressing about 250kg with 1/10th ROM, not sure why they do this, makes them look way more retarded than using 100kg with good ROM.
