for what its worth, zig-zag was pretty much the easiest diet i've ever done with the greatest results; it also works around "what you eat" rather than "when you eat it" which is probably why its so effective. eating is a chore for me so it was great only eating 1500-2000 on low days and whenever i was feeling deprived there was a 2700 day around the corner.
