Today, I realized that I must be doing something right.
A big dude, pretty strong. Asked me for some benching advice today. Ended up spending about 30 minutes helping him with setup, form, and technique.
Put on 15 pounds on his max (365 -> 380) in one session with my help.
Felt good helping him. Felt even better helping an already strong guy that asked me, out of all people, for help.
